These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and surga55 ("surga55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://surga55.cam (the "Platform"). surga55 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for and targeting the Malaysian market.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the surga55 Platform, including all gaming products, financial transaction services, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features made available through the Platform.

"Account"

A registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.

"User" / "Player"

"Wager" / "Bet"

A sum of real money staked on a gaming event, sporting outcome, or casino game outcome through the Platform.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or match deposit incentive offered by surga55 to Users, subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer verification processes, including identity verification (IC/passport), address verification, and source-of-funds checks where required.

"MYR / RM"

Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole transaction currency on the Platform.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

"Self-Exclusion"

A voluntary agreement by a User to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period as a responsible gambling measure.

"Prohibited Conduct"

Any actions by a User that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and money laundering.

Your use of the surga55 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is legally effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you complete the registration process.

surga55 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, surga55 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You confirm that you are accessing the surga55 Platform of your own free will and that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you.

To register and maintain an Account on the surga55 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. surga55 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep such information up to date.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or restriction order from surga55 or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be a problem gambler who has been advised by a medical professional or gambling support organisation to refrain from gambling.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of surga55 or any of its affiliated entities, providers, or licensors.

surga55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the surga55 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• Restricting access to your device and Account;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notifying surga55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

surga55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. You agree to indemnify surga55 against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of account security.

surga55 may, at its sole discretion, impose additional security measures on Accounts, including mandatory two-factor authentication, enhanced KYC requirements, or temporary access restrictions, where suspicious activity is detected.

All deposits to the surga55 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). surga55 supports the following deposit methods, subject to availability and minimum deposit requirements:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating banks
• Real-Time Transfer: DuitNow
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) — credited as MYR equivalent at the time of receipt

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. surga55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. surga55 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page;
• surga55 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time of approval:

• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes

These are estimated timeframes only. Processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider timelines, bank processing schedules, and compliance verification requirements. surga55 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

surga55 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all surga55 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified offer period;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise specified, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied;
• surga55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's Account will remain subject to the original promotional terms;
• Users suspected of abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, exploiting software errors, or coordinated wagering — will forfeit all associated bonuses and may have their Accounts suspended.

All bets placed through the surga55 sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, and other gaming verticals are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are published within each respective game or betting section and are incorporated into these Terms.

The following general betting conditions apply across all surga55 gaming products:

• A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. Bets accepted prior to the start of an event are valid regardless of subsequent changes in odds;
• surga55 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to data feed errors, system faults, or pricing mistakes;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of surga55's internal review team shall be final;
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to event developments; any bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted;
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are detailed in the specific sportsbook or casino rules.

surga55 makes no representation regarding the likelihood of any particular outcome in any game or sporting event. Gambling outcomes are determined by random number generators (for casino products) or by the outcome of real-world sporting events (for the sportsbook), and are not influenced by surga55 beyond the published rules and odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the surga55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and potential referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's software, games, or pricing systems;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate gaming outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using Platform bonuses in a manner that circumvents the spirit of promotional terms;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial structuring, or any other activity in connection with illegal funds;
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your Account by any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at surga55 staff or other Users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

All content on the surga55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and underlying code, is the property of surga55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any Platform content;
• Use of any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on the Platform's content or design.

Any unauthorised use of surga55's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, surga55, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond surga55's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Any outcome of a wager, including but not limited to losses resulting from a User's gambling decisions;
• Losses caused by events of force majeure, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, surga55's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by surga55's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

surga55 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting the support team. During a self-exclusion period, Users will be blocked from accessing their Account and will not receive promotional communications.

Closure by User: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting surga55 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Closure by surga55: surga55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any Prohibited Conduct;
• Where closure is required by law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority;
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to the interests of other Users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, surga55 may retain any or all funds in the Account as compensation for damages suffered. Any such retention will be proportionate to the breach and will be communicated to the User.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the surga55 Platform, you agree to first contact surga55's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

surga55 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Where a formal dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your written notification to surga55, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Users in Malaysia acknowledge that this Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and agree to the applicable dispute resolution framework.

surga55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, surga55 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or through a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
